Start Sampling With Us
Turn your design into a production-ready sample with professional guidance from our merchandising team. Sampling is the first step to ensure quality, fit, and feasibility before bulk production.
Why Sampling Is Important Before Bulk Production?
Sampling helps verify fabric quality, construction, fit, measurements, workmanship, and overall execution. It allows both buyer and manufacturer to align expectations before committing to bulk production.
Need a Sample?
We make sample after receiving tech pack. This is our step by step
1) Submit Technical Specification
Share your tech pack with measurements, construction details, and artwork. If unavailable, clear reference images are sufficient to begin feasibility evaluation.
2) Technical Review & Clarification
3) Cost & Timeline Confirmation
4) Sample Development & Delivery

Sample Timeline & Cost
Sample Development Timeline
• Standard Sample Development: 10–12 working days
• Timeline may vary depending on fabric availability, printing / embroidery complexity, and approval speed.
• Lab dips and strike-offs may require additional time if required.
Note: Timely confirmation and approval from the buyer help maintain the stated timeline.
Sample Cost Structure
• Sample cost is usually 3–5 times the estimated unit price, depending on product type and complexity.
• Sample cost covers fabric development, pattern making, printing / embroidery setup, and manual workmanship.
Sample pricing depends on:
• Fabric type and GSM
• Printing or embroidery complexity
• Wash or special finishing requirements
• Number of samples requested
• Trim and accessory customization
Sample Cost Adjustment Policy
For confirmed bulk orders:
• Sample cost may be adjusted or partially balanced against the bulk order value, depending on order quantity and agreement.
• Shipping cost for samples is generally borne by the buyer.
Important Clarification
Sample development is not only for visual confirmation. It ensures:
• Fit accuracy
• Construction validation
• Fabric behavior testing
• Print and embroidery positioning
• Production feasibility
A well-developed sample reduces bulk production risk. We treat every sample as the foundation of successful bulk production. Clear communication during sampling ensures smooth mass production later.
